Seminar Details

Language: Eng

Target Audience: Primary & Secondary

About the Speaker:

Eleanor H Jarrold and Maria Ward

Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher Maes Y Coed Primary School

Eleanor is a Head teacher with 43 years’ teaching experience working throughout the primary sector. During her career there have been far too many changes to the education system to mention but it is the period of change during the last decade that has brought the greatest challenge. Having the strength of character, the enthusiasm and resilience to manage these changes has been in many ways unique to her and her setting but at no point in the process have the children been anywhere other than central to what she has set out to achieve. School is a happy successful place where pupils and staff want to be with everyone feeling valued cared for and respected.
